- Wake up before sunrise.
 - Exercise.
 - Eat a fruit.
 - Read. A lot.
 - Spend time with your parents and grandparents.
 - Go 1 hr without technology i.e phone, ipad, etc.
 - Smile at strangers.
 - Do atleast one random act of kindness.
 - Think twice before spending money.
 - Have proper sleep.
 - Keep yourself away from negative ideas and people if you love your subconscious mind and believe in its power.
 - Smile.
