Smile & Teeth Reading (Physiognomy)

The art of determining character or personal qualities from the features or form of the body, especially the face.

SMILES:

A. Natural Smile (lips relaxed, full smile, teeth, but no gums showing): You are comfortable with your sensuality, neither flaunting nor hiding it. You also feel comfortable with your own sexuality.

B. Gums Showing (gums show in a full smile): This indicates that you believe you are desirable for what you can give and do. You may be inappropriate in how much you give, finding it difficult to accept that you are lovable for just being yourself. You try to earn love through what you give and do for others. You may be one of those people who wants to give everyone a Christmas present whether you receive one in return or not.

C. Stretched Tight Smile (upper lip tight across teeth): This “overly sincere” smile is a mask that hides the owner’s true agenda with an attempt to communicate an unfelt sincerity or caring. It is a deception flashed to make an impression.

D. Pursed/Kissy Lips (lips are naturally close together when smiling): You are communicating that you want to maintain your distance. Your smile says, “I’m being polite, don’t rush me. It takes time to get to know me, but don’t stop trying”

E. Crooked Smile (one side higher than the other): You have a practiced performance smile that is designed to make a good impression but doesn’t reflect your true feelings. You may just be “smiling for the camera.”

TEETH:

F. Even Teeth (all teeth are same length): You have a logical approach and learn life’s lessons quickly. You make decisions with poise and self-confidence. (America’s obsession with straight teeth pays off)

G. Gap Between Front Teeth (space b/t teeth): You are willing to take risks even when you are not sure of the outcome. In fact, given a choice between playing it safe or going for it, you will choose to go for it. The larger the gap, the stronger the trait. Your friends may see you as something of a daredevil because you make intuitive decisions in the moment and don’t hide from danger. (Well, this explains my adventurous teacher who is almost always in a cast.)

H. Big Front Teeth (much larger than other teeth): Once you finally make your mind, that’s it! You can be stubborn as a mule and someone has to show you that you are wrong before you will change your mind. You have the ability to hang on to your position when faced with opposition.Small Even Teeth (no image): Simply indicates a quick learner, -or- a person who may shy away from leadership positions.

I. Crooked Teeth (especially bottom teeth): You see both sides of every issue. While you might be good at debate, you hate to be wrong, so you will often double check your facts before proceeding. Your challenge is that you hold yourself to impossibly high standards, weighing every decision. (I know a family who’s four kids are all involved in Speech and Debate… and their bottom teeth are very crooked)

J. Buck Teeth (front teeth protrude/stick out): You have had to overcome the shyness you felt as a child when you would lean over backwards to please and try to get along with others. Your challenge is that you have had to struggle to become more outgoing.

Water Therapy

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT
  1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
  2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
  3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal..
  4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
  5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
  6. According to the Japanese Medical Society, the above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and promote a healthy life
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
  • High Blood Pressure - 30 days
  • Gastric - 10 days
  • Diabetes - 30 days
  • Constipation - 10 days
  • Cancer - 180 days
  • TB - 90 days
  • Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
The Japanese Medical Society recommends making this procedure an ongoing and routine part of our daily life.
They say: "Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active!"

This makes sense ... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

To Do !

I’m a list person. I love the feeling of crossing things off. It makes me feel productive. You don’t wait to do the work until you get the dream job - you do the work in order to get the dream job.
It’s the list of ten things I try to do every workday. Yes, there are days when I don’t get them all done, but I do my best to deliver. It has proven very effective for me. They are:
  1. Read something related to your industry.
  2. Read something related to business development.
  3. Send two emails to touch base with old colleagues.
  4. Empty private + client inbox by responding to within one business day.
  5. Check in with each team member on their progress.
  6. Have a short non-work related conversation with every co workers.
  7. Review  top three goals for your job and life that are focused on its growth.
  8. Identify and execute one task to support each of my top three goals.
  9. Post five valuable pieces of content on all my major social media accounts.
  10. Take a full minute to appreciate what I have and how far I’ve come.
This list could be longer. BUT...
If it was longer, I wouldn’t be as good at getting them all done. This list is manageable to me. Of course, I do more than these ten things every day. But, these are the ten I choose to do with consistency. Why? Over the years, they’ve proven the best way for me to grow my career. The collective results have made completing these tasks consistently; even when I don’t feel like it, well worth it.

Fabulous

A 99 year old lady got herself admitted in her old age home since her husband was no more. While she was waiting to get her admission the receptionist informed, "Mam your room is in the 1st floor". Lady responded "Marvelous......"

When the domestic attendant took her to her room in 1st floor through the lift, attendant said stating "Mam, your room is on the North East corner of the building". Lady responded with enthusiasm, "That is Fabulous". Attendant said, "The size of the Room is 8 by 8". Lady again responded, "That is Wonderful"

Puzzled by the responses the lady gave attender asked the lady, "Mam what is so fabulous about North east corner room and wonderful about 8 by 8 room"???

Lady responded, "I have decided myself to be Happy irrespective of the situation I have in my life...............

Quick Weight Loss FOOD

It is quiet natural, when you think of reducing weight, your craving for food increases, but if you modulate the food intake, it works out well.
I was able to reduce my weight from 68kg to 56 kg and from Size 16 to Size 10, not in one day, but in 3 to 4 months with walking and home cooking habits:)
See the below image to choose what is best to eat.
